Varför inte gifta sig med en lekfull flicka?

Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:

When I got married, Allah's Apostle said to me, "What type of lady have you married?"

I replied, "I have married a matron."

He said, "Why, don't you have a liking for the virgins and for fondling them?"

Jabir also said: Allah's Apostle said, "Why didn't you marry a young girl so that you might play with her and she with you?"

"The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, "Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people)." I said, "You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away. for I disliked to face him." (Sahih Bukhari 9:490)

"The Prophet said, "Isn't the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?" The women said, "Yes." He said, "This is because of the deficiency of a woman's mind." (Sahih Bukhari 48:826).

"... When Allah's Apostle was informed that the Persians had crowned the daughter of Khosrau as their ruler, he said, "Such people as ruled by a lady will never be successful." (Sahih Bukhari 59:709)

"Allah's Apostle said, "If at all there is bad omen, it is in the horse, the woman, and the house." (Sahih Bukhari 62:32)

"The Prophet said, "After me I have not left any affliction more harmful to men than women." (Sahih Bukhari 62:33)

"Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: By Him in Whose Hand is my life, when a man calls his wife to his bed, and she does not respond, the One Who is in the heaven is displeased with her until he (her husband) is pleased with her." "Men were to lay injunctions on women lightly, for they were prisoners of men and had no control over their persons." (Ishaq 969)

"A man from the Ansar called Basrah said: I married a virgin woman in her veil. When I entered upon her, I found her pregnant. (I mentioned this to the Prophet). The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: She will get the dower, for you made her vagina lawful for you. The child will be your slave. When she has begotten (a child), flog her (according to the version of al-Hasan). The version of Ibn AbusSari has: You people, flog her, or said: inflict hard punishment on him." "The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: If one of you marries a woman or buys a slave, he should say: "O Allah, I ask Thee for the good in her, and in the disposition Thou hast given her; I take refuge in Thee from the evil in her, and in the disposition Thou hast given her." When he buys a camel, he should take hold of the top of its hump and say the same kind of thing." (Sunaan Abu Dawud 11:2155)

"The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: A man will not be asked as to why he beat his wife." (Sunaan Abu Dawud 11:2142)

Vad sharia´n har att säga om kvinnan

I shariamanualen ´Umdat al-Salik av den Shafiska rättskolan kan man läsa följande om kvinnans äktenskapliga skyldigheter och mannens rättigheter. Här nedan följer några saxade utdrag.

m5.0 CONJUGAL RIGHTS

THE WIFE´S MARITAL OBLIGATIONS

m5.1 It is obligatory for a woman to let her husband have sex with her immediately when:

(a) he ask her;

(b) at home (O:home meaning the place in which he is currently staying, even if being lent to him or rented);

(c) and she can physically endure it

(Úmdat al-salik/Reliance of the Traveller. A Classic Manual of Islamic sacred Law. Amana Publications. 1994. s.525)

THE HUSBAND´S RIGHTS

m5.4 A husband poessesses full right to enjoy his wife´s person (A: from the top of her head to the bottoms of her feet, though anal intercourse (dis.p75.20) is absolutely unlawful) in what does not physically harm her.

He is entitled to take her with him on travels.

Under sharialagar bör man som ickemuslimsk kvinna inte bli kär och vilja gifta sig med någon muslim, och som muslimsk kvinna definitivt inte tänka på giftermål med någon annan man än en muslim. I ett muslimskt samhälle är segregering baserad på religion ett grundläggande element.

m6.0 UNMARRIAGEBLE KIN
(MAHRAM)

m6.7 It is unlawful for a muslim man to marry:

(1) a Zoroastrian woman,

(2) an idol worshipper,

(3) an apostate from Islam (murtadd def:o8)

(4) or a woman with one parent who is Jewish or Christian, while the other is Zoroastrian.

(5) (N; It i not lawful or valid for a Muslim man to be married to any woman who is not either Muslim, Christian, or Jew; nor is it lawful or valid for a Muslim woman to be married to anyone besides a Muslim.)

PERMITTING THE WIFE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE

m10.3 (A. A husband may permit his wife to leave the house for a lesson in sacred Law, for invocation of Allah (dhikr), to see her female friends, or to go any place in town. A woman may not leave the city without her husband or a member of her unmarriageble kin (def:m6.2) accompanying her, unless the journey is obligatory, like the hajj. It is unlawful for her to travel otherwise, and unlawful for her husband to allow her to.)...

m.10.4 The husband may forbid his wife to leave the home (O:because of the hadith related by Bayhaqi that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peave) said,

"It is not permissable for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to allow someone into her husband´s house if he is opposed, or to go out if he is averse").

DEALING WITH A REBELLIOUS WIFE

m.10.12 When a husband notices signs of rebelliousness in his wife (nushuz, dis; p42) .... If she commits rebelliousness, he keeps from sleeping (O: and having sex with her) with her without words, and may hit her, but not in a way that injures her, ...

m13.0 CHILD CARE AND CUSTODY

... m13.2 The necessary conditions for a person to have custody of a child are:

(a) uprightness (def: o24.4) (O. a corrupt person may not be a guardian, because child care is a position of authority, and the corrupt are unqualified for it... If the corruptness of a child´s mother consists of her not performing the prayer (salat), she has no right to custody of the child, who might grow up to be like her, ending up in the same vile condition of not praying, for keeping another´s company has its effects);

(c) and if the childs mother is Muslim, it is a necessary condition that the person be a muslim (O: because it is a position of authority, and a non-Muslim were given charge of the custody and upbringing of the child, the child might aquire the caracter traits of unbelief (kufr)).

m13.3 (A: It is offensive to send one´s child to a day-care center run by non-Muslims. It is unlawful to send Muslim children to Christian schools, or those which is designedly atheist, though it is not unlawful to send them to public schools in which religion is not mentioned (N: in a way that threatens the students belief in Islam).)

m13.4 A woman has no right to custody (A: of her child in her previous marriage) when she remarries (O. because married life will occupy her with fulfilling the rights of her husband and prevent her from tending the child, ...

Möjligheten att gifta sig och genomföra regelrätta samlag med flickor som inte ännu uppnåt könsmognad framgår indirekt av den korta textsekvensen här nedan. Avsnittet utreder egentligen vilka som är kvalificerade att straffas genom stening och piskning.

o12.0 THE PENALTY FOR FORNICATION OR SODOMY

o12.2 .... or is prepubescent at the time of marital intercourse...

o12.6 .... A pregnant woman is not stoned until she gives birth and the child can suffice with the milk of another.

Kvinnans värde mätt i hennes status som vittne i domstol

"Allaah has commanded the testimony of two women so as to be sure that they remember, because the mind and memory of two women takes the place of the mind and memory of one man. (See I´laam al-Muwaqqa´een, part 1, p. 75)". ( http://islamqa.com/index.php?ref=20051&ln=eng ). Endast kvinnor i vittnesbåset räcker dock inte till hur många de än är, det krävs alltid minst ett manligt vittne när det gäller sådant som har med den manliga verksamhetssfären att göra. Kvinnliga vittnesmål gills inte heller vid giftemål, skilsmässa och hudud (brott som kan resultera i kroppsliga bestraffningar). (Ibn Warrack, Why i am not a Muslim. Promotheus Books. 2003, s.310).

Alltså, ingen pojkvän, ingen flickvän före äktenskapet

"... it is not allowed in Islam to take a non-mahram person or persons of the opposite gender as a very close friend. Such friendship often leads to haram. In the Qur’an, Allah mentioned that good men and women are those who marry, do not have fornicating relationships and do not have "paramours" or Akhdan see An-Nisaa’: 25, Al-Ma'idah: 5). "So it is not allowed for a Muslim boy to have a girlfriend or for a Muslim girl to have a boyfriend. Howsoever pure your intentions may be, the danger is that it will lead you to sin." Varför muslimska kvinnor inte får gifta sig med ickemuslimska män

"First of all, it is not an honor or a privilege to marry a non-Muslim. It is a burden and a big responsibility. It is better to abstain from such marriages...", "A Muslim woman should know that Allah has really honored her and made it easy for her by not allowing her to marry a non-Muslim man". "According to the Qur'an, the husband is the head of the household and his wife should obey him. Allah does not put the Muslim woman in a position that a non-Muslim becomes her head in her own private life. Allah has spared her to suffer from being under the authority of a non-Muslim husband." "... , the husband is in charge of his wife, and she has to obey him and not go out without his permission, otherwise the stability of the family will be destroyed. The family should have just one leader to steer its course, and that leader is the one who spends on the family and protects it. The husband is physically stronger and is more wise than the wife. We can easily understand if he disciplines his wife when she does something wrong, but we cannot imagine the wife hitting the husband if he is at fault...." Och för er som inte har råd med flera hustrur så finns ju Mutá och Misyar

"The Arabic dictionaries define mut'a as 'enjoyment, pleasure, delight'. The root form, m-t: signifies, 'to carry away, to take away'. A 'marriage of mut'a' is a marriage which the contract stipulates will last for a fixed period of time. This 'marriage of mut'a' is referred to both in the hadith literature and, in much more detail, in the books on jurisprudence (fiqh)...." , " Mut'a is considered a kind of 'rental' because in general a man's basic aim in this kind of marriage is the sexual enjoyment of a woman, and in return for his enjoyment the woman receives a certain amount of money or property..." Hijab inte bara en modest klädsel

Ytterst handlar hijabbegreppet om att avskärma kvinnan från all kontakt med icketillåtna män. Helst skall hon inte lämna hemmet utan att eskorteras av en tillåten man (mahram). Givetvis bör hon inte förvärvsarbeta om kontakt med icketillåtna män inte kan undvikas. "According to both the Hanafi and Shafi'i Schools, the husband may prohibit his wife from leaving the house..." ( http://qa.sunnipath.com/issue_view.asp?HD=11&ID=8638&CATE=121 ) och "... he has the right to prohibit her from any work that will lead her to a shortcoming in fulfilling his rights, is harmful to him, or requires that she leave the house...."
